The Retreat is home to Goshen Health System's comprehensive, state-of-the-art Women’s Services Program, featuring full-field digital mammography, Lunar Bone Densitometry and 4D Ultrasound. Other services include a Health Resource Center, Urinary Incontinence Clinic, naturopathic consultations, massage, and acupuncture.
